This painting titled Glimmering is an expression of the last of the light of the day in winter.

I like to paint in groups of two or three pictures at a time. My abstracf landscapes are an expression of the seasons and weather of East Wales. For this pair of paintings I have used washes of oil on canvas, the pink sky is a ground of Indian red overpainting with Paynes grey, lead white and lamp black.
